The Full Stack

Five systems. One login.

Most operators run separate tools for building management, power monitoring, SCADA, network operations, and asset tracking. Aravolta replaces all of them, or works alongside whichever ones you want to keep.

EPMS

Every watt, every breaker, every second. No MIB files. No Modbus register spreadsheets. Utility intake to rack outlet.

Learn more

BMS

Vendor-agnostic BMS that lives inside your DCIM. Chillers, CRACs, sensors, fire suppression. Not in a separate silo.

Learn more

SCADA

Monitoring and control from any browser. Start generators, adjust cooling setpoints, switch power paths. No proprietary hardware.

Learn more

NOC

24/7 availability without the 24/7 salaries. When they call you at 3 AM, they're reading from the same screen as you.

Learn more

DCIM

Auto-discovered assets, rack elevations, floor plans, capacity planning, and change management. No manual data entry.

Learn more

When a breaker trips, you see the thermal impact and the affected tenants in the same view. That only works when BMS, EPMS, and DCIM share one data model.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Aravolta?
Aravolta is a unified BMS, EPMS, SCADA, NOC, and DCIM platform for data centers. It monitors and controls power, cooling, network, and assets from a single login. The platform connects to any device, any vendor, and any protocol. It deploys in days using auto-discovery with 25,000+ device templates, and works alongside your existing systems or replaces them entirely.
Can I use Aravolta for just one system like EPMS without replacing my existing BMS?
Yes. Aravolta is modular. You can deploy just the EPMS module and keep your existing BMS, or run just the NOC and DCIM while your Schneider or Honeywell BMS stays in place. Aravolta pulls data from your existing tools into one view. Replace systems one at a time, or never. Your call.
How long does deployment take?
Days, not months. Aravolta uses a patent-pending auto-discovery engine that scans your network via SNMPv3, Redfish, and IPMI to find every device, PDU, and sensor. Devices are auto-classified, mapped to racks and rows, and monitoring templates from a library of 25,000+ are applied automatically. No manual register mapping or MIB file configuration required.
What hardware and protocols does Aravolta support?
Aravolta supports SNMPv3, Redfish, IPMI 2.0, Modbus TCP/RTU, BACnet IP/MS-TP, OPC-UA, and gNMI. It works with hardware from Cisco, Dell, HP, Intel, Lenovo, Schneider Electric, Supermicro, and any other vendor. For non-networked equipment, we support CT clamps, RS-485, analog 4-20mA inputs, and dry contacts. If a device type is not in our library, we have a 48-hour SLA to onboard it.
Does Aravolta replace my existing BMS or EPMS?
It can, but it does not have to. Aravolta works alongside your existing Schneider, Honeywell, Siemens, or Johnson Controls systems. It pulls data from them via BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP into one unified view. Many operators start by layering Aravolta on top of their existing stack and replace individual systems over time as contracts expire.
Does Aravolta handle tenant power billing?
Yes. Aravolta monitors power at the branch circuit level and maps consumption directly to tenants. Overage detection is automatic. Usage-based invoices are generated via API and can be exported to your billing system. Tenants can also view their own data through a white-label customer portal.
What is the difference between Aravolta and traditional DCIM like Nlyte or Sunbird?
Traditional DCIM tools like Nlyte and Sunbird focus on asset tracking and capacity planning. They do not include BMS, EPMS, SCADA, or NOC capabilities. With those tools, you still need separate vendors for power metering, cooling monitoring, and 24/7 operations. Aravolta combines all five systems into one platform with automated device discovery and deploys in days instead of months.
Is Aravolta cloud-hosted or on-premises?
Both options are available. Aravolta offers cloud-hosted deployments for faster setup and managed infrastructure, and on-premises installations for operators with data sovereignty or air-gapped network requirements. The platform works the same way in both configurations.
What security certifications does Aravolta have?
Aravolta is SOC 2 Type I and Type II certified, ISO 27001 compliant, and HIPAA compliant. The platform uses end-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and maintains audit trails for all infrastructure changes and control actions.
I have a brownfield facility with non-smart PDUs and legacy equipment. Can I still use Aravolta?
Yes. Aravolta was built for exactly this scenario. For non-smart PDUs, we attach to your existing CT clamps or ship our own (Rogowski coils or split-core clamps) for per-circuit metering without replacing hardware. For legacy equipment without network connectivity, our node acts as a gateway with built-in serial (RS-485/RS-232), analog inputs (4-20mA, 0-10V), and dry contact connections. You do not need to buy a separate gateway or replace your existing equipment.
What equipment does Aravolta monitor?
Aravolta monitors UPS systems (Schneider, Eaton, Vertiv), generators (Caterpillar, Cummins, Kohler), PDUs (Raritan, Server Technology, Geist, CyberPower), switchgear (ABB, Siemens, GE), CRAC/CRAH units (Vertiv Liebert, Stulz, Trane), chillers (Johnson Controls, Carrier, Daikin), in-row and liquid cooling (CoolIT, GRC), network switches (Cisco, Arista, Juniper), fire detection (Honeywell, Notifier, Xtralis VESDA), access control, and servers from Dell, HPE, Supermicro, and Lenovo. If your equipment is not on this list, we onboard new device types within 48 hours.
Does Aravolta support multi-site management?
Yes. Manage all your facilities from one interface. Centralized alarms, site-by-site performance comparison, and a single historian across all locations. Same dashboard whether you have 2 sites or 200. Role-based access controls let you restrict visibility per facility.
Can Aravolta control equipment or just monitor it?
Both. Aravolta SCADA provides remote control capabilities from any browser. Start and stop generators, adjust cooling setpoints, switch power paths, and toggle individual PDU outlets. All control actions are logged with timestamps, user identity, and before/after values. Role-based access ensures only authorized operators can execute control commands.
Does Aravolta provide a customer portal for tenants?
Yes. Aravolta includes a white-label customer portal that you deploy with your own branding. Tenants can view their power consumption, configure alerts, submit service requests, and manage cross-connects. Overage notifications and usage-based billing are built in.
What does Aravolta cost?
Aravolta uses transparent per-device pricing with no per-point fees. Every metric your equipment reports is included at no extra cost. No mandatory professional services. Contact us for a quote based on your facility size and device count.
How do I get started?
Schedule a demo. We will walk you through the platform with your specific facility in mind, covering your device mix, protocol requirements, and deployment timeline. From contract to production monitoring typically takes days, not weeks.
